GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION (Part 2)
WHICH WAY WILL YOU CHOOSE?
“…in the WAY which THOU SHALL GO…” – Psalm 32.8
God is a God of timing and direction. He wants us to know the Right Way to GO and
when to GO there. Don’t live your life ahead of God’s will or outside His Will. There is never
a Right Time to do the Wrong Thing. If you take too long in deciding what to do with your
life, you will find you have lived it. Always apply Light and not Heat in Choosing the Way
to go. God says His “Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path”, Psalm 119.105.
The lamp illuminates things we are dealing with now. The light directs our future. The
fastest running player is of no use unless if he is heading toward the right goal line. Following
His Way makes you fulfill your life purpose and helps you Go in the Right direction. “I am
the Lord thy God which TEACHETH thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the WAY
thou shouldest GO”, Isaiah 48.17b. May You Choose The Right Way To Go.
MAY THE LORD WATCH OVER YOUR GOING
“…the Lord will WATCH over your coming and GOING…” Psalm 121.8b, NIV
A young man once asked a great and famous older man, “How can I make a name for
myself and Make Progress in life?” The great and famous man replied; “You have only
to Choose where you are Going in life and follow the direction, never going backward,
no matter how rough the Way, until you have safely arrived at your destination”
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed” Proverbs 16.3,NIV
Winners simply do what losers don’t want to do. Successful people keep Going Forward
when others want to go backward. Success is rated by what people finish, not what they
start.“ Finishing is better than starting” Ecclesiastes 7.8,NLT. Many of the world’s greatest
failures did not realize how close they were to success when they went backward. People
do not fail, they just go backward too soon in the journey of life. “You will travel safely,
you will never tire nor trip…Because God will be right there with you; he will keep you
safe and sound” Proverbs 3.23, 26 TM. May the Lord Watch Over Your Going Even Now.
MAY YOU FOREVER GO IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
“…I press TOWARD the mark…….Philippians 3.14
Judas was an example of someone who started in the Right direction but turned to the
Wrong Direction. Demas was Going Forward but changed direction and went backward.
“…having loved this present world…” 2Timothy 4.10. Apostle Paul kept Going Forward,
Pressing Toward the mark for the prize, though the road was very rough. If JESUS is
The WAY, why waste time traveling some other Way?
Life holds no greater wealth than that of a steadfast commitment. It cannot be robbed
from you. Only you can lose it by your will. May You Forever Go in The Right Direction.
